After surviving Y2K, 9/11, Swine Flu, Bird Flu, multiple recessions, that time I woke upside down in a flower bed, and COVID, I refuse to let the 2026 diarrheas lettuce be my downfall! Read on and pray Deep Thoughts Thursday with The Boozy Weathergirl is not yours!

Just because I'm in bed by 9:00, sipping herbal tea, with my cozy blanket, searching blender reviews does not mean that I don't still have a teensy bit of gangsta left in me.

Shout out to everyone who does the little awkward jog when a car stops to let them cross. You're really not moving any faster, but your effort does get noticed and appreciated.

I like to play this game called Nap Roulette - I take a nap and don't set an alarm. Will it be 20 minutes or 4 hours? Nobody knows. It's risky, and I like it!

I am very creative. For example, I create my own luck. Sadly, I also create my own problems.

Being in your 50s is wild. Everyone is living a completely different life. Some are grandparents, some have babies, some have been married 25 years, some are dating 25-year-olds, and some look 38 while others look 78.

10

A study told me that people living in dual-income households travel five times more than single-income households. So, make sure that you find someone to live with who has two jobs!

Hugh Heffner got rich by lounging in his PJs. Why isn't that working for me? I'm not a fan of scotch. But I do like to say the word, "Drambuie." That's in this drink. Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

Smoke 'em if you got 'em
